AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS WE SUPPLY

TurkHarvest covers the full range of Turkish agricultural export categories — from tree nuts and dried fruits through to olive oil, spices, fresh produce, and processed food ingredients.

NUTS AND KERNELS

TurkHarvest supplies hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts, and almonds from Turkey's principal nut-producing regions.

Hazelnuts are available in Levant and Giresun quality grades in natural, blanched, roasted, and sliced formats across calibration sizes. Industrial hazelnut paste for confectionery and bakery applications is available alongside whole and chopped kernel products. Pistachios are available in Antep type, in-shell, roasted and salted, and green kernel formats in grades A through C. Walnut kernels are available in light, light amber, and amber color grades for bakery and retail applications.

Buyers provide product type, calibration or grade, processing requirement, and annual volume. Aflatoxin and ochratoxin testing to EU regulatory limits is standard for all nut shipments.

DRIED FRUITS

TurkHarvest supplies dried apricots, sultana raisins, dried figs, mulberries, and other dried fruit categories from Turkey's recognized production origins.

Dried apricots from Malatya are available in sulphured and natural organic grades from size 0 to size 8. Sultana raisins from the Aegean region are available in standard and organic grades. Dried figs from Aydın are available in Lerida, Protoben, pulled, and garland styles. Mulberries, sour cherries, and other specialty dried fruits are available subject to seasonal availability.

Buyers provide product type, grade, moisture content requirement, and volume. Phytosanitary compliance for the destination market is confirmed at inquiry stage.

OLIVE OIL

TurkHarvest supplies Turkish extra virgin olive oil, virgin olive oil, and refined olive oil grades to food distributors, retail buyers, and food manufacturers.

Extra virgin olive oil is available in bulk tank, IBC, and bottled formats. Acidity, polyphenol content, and harvest year are confirmed in the product specification. Private label bottling and packaging programs are available for distributors supplying under their own brand.

Organic certified olive oil is available from certified production programs with full traceability documentation.

SPICES AND SPECIALTY PRODUCTS

TurkHarvest supplies Turkish spices, herbs, and specialty food ingredients to food manufacturers, spice blenders, and wholesale distributors.

Product range covers red pepper flakes, paprika, cumin, oregano, thyme, sumac, and other Turkish-origin spices in whole, cracked, and ground formats. Isot pepper and Urfa-type products are available for buyers sourcing distinctive Turkish flavor profiles. Products are available in food manufacturer bulk formats and in retail packaging programs.

Buyers provide product type, granularity, moisture specification, and volume. Pesticide residue testing and microbiological testing to destination market standards are available as part of the shipment documentation.

EXPORT MARKETS AND DELIVERY

TurkHarvest exports to food industry buyers in Europe, North America, the Gulf, the Middle East, and global markets from Turkish ports at Mersin, İzmir, and İskenderun.

Dry goods including nuts and dried fruits ship in cartons, woven sacks, and vacuum-packed bulk formats. Olive oil ships in bulk tanker, IBC, and bottled formats depending on buyer requirement. Refrigerated containers are available for fresh produce programs.

Road freight to Central and Western Europe runs 48 to 72 hours for time-sensitive fresh produce. Ocean freight to Northern European ports runs 7 to 12 days. Ocean freight to US East Coast ports runs 12 to 16 days. Gulf destinations are reached within 5 to 8 days.

Turkey operates within the EU Customs Union. Agricultural shipments to EU destinations under A.TR. movement certificates benefit from reduced or zero import duty on qualifying product categories.

Incoterm options include FOB, CIF, and DDP.

QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY CERTIFICATIONS

Agricultural suppliers in the TurkHarvest network hold food safety certifications relevant to their product categories and export markets.

GlobalGAP certification covers farm-level practice standards including pesticide use, worker safety, and environmental management. ISO 22000 and BRCGS cover food safety management systems at the processing and packing level. Halal and Kosher certification is available for buyers supplying Middle Eastern, Southeast Asian, and Jewish dietary markets. Organic certification under EU and NOP standards is available for certified organic product lines with full traceability documentation.
